Hello from creative expression / free play week! I wrote myself a prescription of rest, and it turns out it’s wayyyy harder than I thought it would be. Rest can be triggering when you’re so used to pushing new ideas forward and looking to your achievements for a reminder that you’re doing okay. (But it’s also fun, and we’ll talk about that too!)

We’re in a cool chapter of the podcast right now! I’m not in a how-to phase by any stretch, so we’re just living and learning and telling the stories, and for now that feels like enough.
